After about 30 seconds the trendsetter will ask the user to load another carrier. Load a correct-sized carrier and hit the load button. If the above action does not solve the problem, then the load ramp sensor may not be working properly. Use "set al lps 0" on the diagnostic monitor to bypass the sensor to get the customer going and arrange for field service. The operator loaded an under-sized carrier on the load ramp.
